2. Return Conditions
You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags and labels are still attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
3. Non-returnable Items

Products marked as Final Sale.
Customized or personalized items.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color if stock is available. Contact our support team before sending the product back.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
